1. Orders

We would advice you to contact us as soon as possible throug our contact form.
If the order had already been processed, changes are no longer possible.

1.2. Cancel your order.
It is only possible to cancel your order before it is fully processed.
We would advice you to contact us as soon as possible throug our contact form.

If the order has already been processed you can download a return form after receiving the package and return the package with the form to us.

The shipping costs are for the costumer.

All shipments are initially handled by PostNL, it is possible to ship worldwide.

iDEAL

With iDEAL you can safely and easily pay for your order at D2 Engineering.

You pay in your own trusted internet payment environment (which is secured by your own bank).

PayPal

With PayPal you pay for your order quickly, easily and securely online. PayPal supports several payment methods, including credit cards and bank accounts.

PayPal is a payment method that charges extra costs per tansaction, which is way we charge 2.6% transaction costs.

SEPA-transfer

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area.

With SEPA, transfers can be made from any European payment account to any other European payment account. Paying by bank transfer is a trusted and secure way for consumers to pay for online purchases. The amount can be transferred very easily via internet banking. SEPA credit transfers are supported in 34 countries.

4. Returns

4.1. Return conditions

You have got the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return-shipping is for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to D2 Engineering with all accessories supplied and - if possible - in the original condition and packaging.

has been returned in good order.
